Yes, we do have an agreement with all our clients. It helps keep us accountable to our word and value we provide.

We guarantee to return the work in 3-4 working days time. In case you wish to have a faster turnaround, you can request so at a higher cost. The higher cost to compensate for our schedule of working for other clients.

We do that on request basis. Please contact Neel to know more.

We keep the project files upto 30 days from publishing of the episode. You can request the project files within this time limit. Files will be deleted from our systems after that.

Yes, we do.

For Indian clients I accept bank to bank transfer (wire transfer). For International clients currently Paypal is the preferred payment partner.

For monthly retainer clients, a monthly invoice is generated at the end of the month. Invoice is expected to be cleared within 7 days after invoice date.

The tools and softwares we use depend on project requirements. But major one's we use - Audacity, Izotope RX8 plugins, Adobe Audition, Adobe Premier Pro.

Equipment requirement is totally based on recording condtion and whay budget allows. Equipment can be bought with a budget of $100 USD (Rs 8000 approx) to $1000 USD (Rs 80000).
